In 2021, Faoflex becomes part of the list of companies regulated by the AGCM
The Legality Rating will be confirmed in the following days. It is an indicator of the high legal standard under which the company operates. As a company, we voluntarily put ourselves on the line in order to have, but above all to provide a guarantee for our actions. The Competition and Market Authority awarded two stars out of three, confirming compliance with the requisites required.
What is the Legality Rating
The rating is an indicator of company’s high legal standards, which can voluntarily submit themselves for evaluation. The conditions that must be met are:
- operational headquarters in Italy;
- operational headquarters in Italy;
- minimum turnover of two million Euros in the financial year ending in the year preceding that of the application;
- registration in the business register for at least two years from the application date;
- compliance with the other substantial requirements required by the Regulation.
Said recognition takes the form of a score between a minimum of one and a maximum of three “stars”. Faoflex, which has been regularly registered on the lists since May 2021, was rated two stars.
